I typically don't shoot too many point and shoot style shots. However, Christine and I had purchased a waterproof digital p&s last summer to play with while we Surfed.Well, the surf was flat this past Memorial day weekend so I had some time to kill between swells. (I use that term loosely) Christine is usually the first person in and the last person out and that weekend was no different. Just a few shots but I was pleasantly surprised. This completely changes my photographic perspective. While Surfing, I always take mental snapshots to store in my brains hard drive, all the while wishing I could afford one of those expensive waterproof casings. Turns out that may not be completely necessary for casual shots.
The image quality is adjustable on our H2O camera and we had set it to a more battery/memory friendly setting. The next time I post from the water they should be a bit higher resolution.
